What a great find today. There are a ton of different diets and quick fixes out there. I chose this article because these "diets" aren't a 21 day fix or 30 day challenge. These are diets that can easily be a way of life. This article focuses on a man who travels the world and studies the healthiest diets (What a life! Sign me up).
