A Look Into A Ballerina's Diet

Hey Everyone, 

I'm always fascinated by what athletes/professionals eat and their workouts.  I think we can all take a little away from learning about their drive and discipline.  It inspires me to eat heartier meals and train harder.  The biggest thing I want you to take away from this is the amount of substance in their snacks and main dishes.  There is a lot of protein, carbs, and fiber for good reason.  You'll notice that it is nothing excessive though.  These are dishes that are meant to be filling, give you energy, and keep you going for longer than a bag of chips.  I would suggest taking some of these meal ideas to fuel your day!
