Hey Everyone,
The first day of spring is only a few days away! Besides Sunday (how annoying!), the weather is warming up and it is time to turn off the heat and start opening up the windows. This also means some spring cleaning to wipe the dust and bring the house out of hibernation. Did you know that you are burning calories as you're cleaning? A lot of these are just for work inside the house. Just think when you start landscaping and being outside. Don't forget to do weekly strength workouts so that you can last longer and do more in terms of housework. It will help build your muscles for heavy lifting and keep you functional.
Side note: I know no one wants to clean but think of it as a reward! Look at all of those calories you are burning and how great your house will feel when it's clean. Double Bonus!!
