Per usual, I am here to offer some different moves and workouts to better your schedule! This week focuses on resistance bands. The best thing about resistance bands is that they can be adjusted to find your perfect resistance. How easy! Too busy to get to the gym over the weekend? All you need is a resistance band and you have a full body workout in 30 minutes.
Complete 3 sets of 10-12 repetitions. Give yourself a 30 second rest in between each set.
