The topic of the day is fitness apps! While they are easy to download and can help improve our workouts, how much do they really stack up to guidelines provided by the American College of Sports Medicine? Guidelines are provided to ensure safety and help lower your risk for disease. It is VITALLY important to be exercising with proper form and advice. After reading, it may be time to delete a few apps and install something new. (Also, shout out to Ryan for finding this article!) Enjoy!
