PHIT America

There are many different health, fitness, and wellness organizations popping around the nation, but can you name any in the DMV area?  Let me tell you about an organization that is looking to make a difference on a national level.  PHIT America is a local organization located in Silver Spring, MD.  Their mission is to increase the amount of prevention in our health care system and give Americans incentives to increase physical activity and improve their overall health.
