Are you guys ready for the science behind naps?!?!  Haha, I bet you're even more ready for the weekend.  Well naps can be a good tool when you need that pick me up or to refresh.  Now if you're taking naps every single day then you should take a look at your sleep schedule.  Whether it's getting to bed earlier, getting more restful sleep, or rearranging your day; it's important to find the time.  It not only affects your job and personal life but increases your risk for diseases!  There is a lot of information on this diagram.  There is so much that I don't feel the need to cover anything else.  They've really hit every mark.  Enjoy!
