I hope the holidays have been treating you well as we roll into 2016. I have not posted a "Mix It Up" segment in awhile so here it is. The muscle group of the day......shoulders. Shoulders are some of my favorite to work because they get you prepped for all those tank tops you own. This exercise not only targets your shoulders but it also works your rotator cuff as well. You could incorporate it in after some heavy presses or use a lighter weight and begin your warm up with this. Try to keep it a smooth motion and keep your core tight throughout the exercise.
