Hey Everyone,
Fall is coming and the weather is going to start cooling off just enough to enjoy those outdoor workouts. Whether it's grass, a ledge, or bench, you can always find some space to add in a few body weight exercises. I LOVED these exercises because they were slightly different variations to commonly known exercises! Originally labeled the "Beach Body Bench Workout," but who doesn't want a beach body even moving into Fall??
Helpful Hint: I find these circuits are great to do in the middle of a long run. Run half way and then break to do some push-ups and squats before running back. It offers different ways to work your body and adds some resistance training to your day!
