Fall is one of my favorite seasons! Hot tea, lots of layers, and of course the beautiful scenery. It is a perfect time to begin making a change, especially since the kids are back in school. Schedules are more consistent, making it easier to include a daily workout. Here are a few tips for overall Fall wellness. Starting early is the most important part! The more you can develop a regular wellness schedule, the less weight you'll gain over the holiday season.
