Hi everyone! We are ALMOST to a nice long weekend and Valentine's Day! Some of you might already be there, but if you're not, 5pm is coming! I know I'm looking forward to some R&R but also some non-rushed workouts. Since it is so cold, this will likely involve the neighborhood gym and several episodes of a Netflix guilty pleasure. I will probably be on the treadmill since I am training for a half marathon in June, but I always like to try new things so today I have a fun elliptical workout for you from livylove.com blog. So if you're a treadmill every day kind of person, show a new piece of cardio equipment some love this Valentine's day and give this one a try.
*Feel free to make each stage longer for a longer workout and modify resistance levels as needed. Keep in mind that some ellipticals have different ways of displaying resistance so think of it as a 1-10 scale of effort if your levels don't correspond.*
