Hi there JOHO! On this lovely Monday, I want to share
some information with you about a new program we are offering. I
actually got this idea from my Undergraduate professional majors club (at
Ithaca College) and it continues to be a hit there. The program is focused
on an easy and casual blood pressure screening, each month, to track your
numbers. Exercise is proven to help lower blood pressure so this is a
great way to track progress and take control of your health! It
starts this week! The information is below.
No Pressure Blood Pressure
Keep track of your blood pressure in a no-pressure environment
during this 10 month program at JOHO!
Free Blood Pressure screenings will be available at JOHO during
designated times throughout the last week of each month!
Sign up and receive your No Pressure Blood Pressure tracking
card to easily record your progress throughout the year!
Program Begins THIS WEEK!
Designated NPBP Screenings are available during the last week of
each month at the times listed below:
PHB: 8AM-11AM
RFK: 11AM - 2PM
JCB: 8AM - 11AM
