Is it just me or do you feel like as soon as fall hits, there aren't enough hours in the day? Suddenly you're running from appointment to meeting to luncheon all day long, and then you look at the clock and the last train is leaving in 10 minutes. Although you will get a nice workout sprinting to the train, I've designed a few quick and easy workouts specifically for the days when you simply run out of time to come see us at your favorite JOHO gym. Any of these body weight workouts can also be done in a hotel room for those days when you are traveling! (Disclaimer: I am not responsible if you are heavy on your feet and make your downstairs neighbors mad) You will get that heart rate up fast, and get that workout in!

*Complete the following exercises as many times as possible in 10 minutes. If you're feeling energized after the first round, try a second!*
