Challenge for Change!!

Getting back into the swing of things can be a little hard after the holidays. We're here to help make getting back into your workout routine a little easier!

Each Monday we'll post a new "Challenge for Change"
workout in the fitness center.

Challenge yourself to try the workouts! If you have a question about an exercise or just need a little clarification we're happy to help!

This weeks Challenge for Change:

400m Run
30 Burpees
20 Squat Presses
30 Alternating Lunges
400m Row

Complete as many rounds as possible in 30 minutes!
