Carb it up to fuel your next workout!

Hey Everyone, 

This is the last weekend before Thanksgiving!  As you're planning your holiday meals, try to plan out your holiday workouts as well.  Whether it's signing up for a turkey trot or doing an at home workout, it's important to burn those extra calories to compensate for your Thanksgiving meal.  Keep an eye out for Thanksgiving meal and workouts tips coming next week.  I'll also be giving you healthy versions of all your favorite dishes!  

Today Jo showed me an awesome article about eating before a workout.  Long story short, carbs are not the bad guy.  They can be a useful tool in fueling your daily workouts.  Do you ever feel tired half way through cycle class?  Or does the opposite happen where you've just eaten and you're afraid you  might taste it again.  Yuck!  Not to fear, this article gives a couple of great options when it comes to eating carbs before a meal.  It might take a couple times to find what works for you but when you find it, you'll be amazed at the extra you can accomplish.
