Burning off Those Thanksgiving Calories!!!!

Hello Everyone,

Hope you all had a wonderful Thanksgiving Holiday! This holiday was all about celebrating how amazing our country is while getting together with close friends and family and expressing what each of us is grateful for in our lives. What also came with this holiday is the plentiful amount of delicious high caloric food that we stuff our faces with on this day of the year. With that being said, I found a great Post-Thanksgiving workout to help you burn off all that Thanksgiving pie. When you all wake up today from your Food-Coma (self induced), be sure to take a look at this workout.  Repeat the workout once or twice because I guarantee you will be eating leftovers (okay, maybe three or four times)!!
