Improving Your Child's Test Scores!

Hey Guys, 

How was your weekend?  I thought we were going to get a lot of rain but it ended up being really nice!   Before we get started on our topic of the day, let me remind you that JOHO Bingo starts today!  Grab a BINGO card and work your way through group exercise classes and workouts to get a full Bingo!  
Next, let's talk about your children and the kids around you.  We talk a lot about improving your own health but what about your family?  I found a great article backed by multiple studies proving the importance of daily physical activity.  This article touches upon specifically vigorous activity.  I don't want you guys to think that means you have to do interval training with your family.  Kids naturally do interval training when they are outside running around and playing tag.  You will start to see higher test scores and better focus.  Give it a try for a couple weeks and see how it goes.  You can even work on some flashcards at home since school is out.
