Music Psychology!

Hey Everyone,

It's finally Friday!  Good riddance to this disgusting week right?  When it's gets gloomy I rely on my music even more than usual.  I've been thinking lately.  Is there music that is best for certain types of exercise?  We obviously know mind body classes need something more calming but what about cardio and lifting?  Well walaaaa, I found it!  A great article about the psychology of music and how it relates to exercise.  It talks about beats per minute (bpm) and how your brain interprets music.  You can even find modern music that  has been adjusted to hold a certain bpm.  You are probably familiar with this music from classes like Step or BodyPump.  It can also be used for your exercise to keep you consistent and on track.  Enjoy the article!
