Band Workout for Sculpted Legs

Hey Guys,
Swimsuit season is upon us.  Well maybe not quite yet, but this is the time to start preparing!  Especially for all my female readers, this workout will help sculpt your legs in a matter of minutes.  Using a Theraband or resistance band, you will have constant tension and resistance which will help activate the stabilizing muscles in your inner and outer thighs.  All you need is one piece of equipment and you can rock this out!  Make sure to have good form in your squat positions.  Really drive up through your heels to ensure you are sitting all the way back.  Keep your chest up and shoulders rolled back.  Also, it's important to keep constant tension as you're doing your side walk, front walk, and lying leg lift.  Otherwise, the Theraband will fall down and your legs won't get the optimal workout. 


Circuit: 45 seconds of each with a 15-30 second rest in between.  Repeat 3-4 times.
