Losing the Love Chub!

So how many of you are in a relationship? Or married?  I would probably have to guess at least half.  You might not realize it, but your recent weight gain could have been attributed to your relationship.  Let's think about it.  All of the dinner dates, movies, and events not only cost money but your calories for the day as well!  Not to mention all of the extra junk food and ice cream in the house.  I think it's good to understand why you have gained those extra pounds since being in a relationship and how to combat that.  This article gives a good breakdown as to why and what you can do to prevent yourself from falling into this trend.  My relationship tip to go along with this article would be to have time for yourself.  Doing things with your partner is great but stay independent with activities you love.
