Let It Snow (And Burn Some Calories)!

Hey Everyone, 

The snow is coming and to encourage some physical activity, here are some great ways to burn extra calories.  The snow can be a great workout because there is constant resistance as you are walking.  Not to mention that by the time you are done shoveling, you're sweating because of all the layers you are wearing.  Extra Bonus!!  Take this time, while you're trapped, to enjoy the snow for an hour!  As an added note, this chart is based off a 150 male so calories may vary based on weight.
