Work It Out! Dynamic Dumbbells!

Good Morning!

Time for another workout!  I know you are busy.  I feel like I've barely had time myself to get in the exercise I've wanted to.  No excuses though!  I am bringing the workout to you.  All this workout needs is a set of dumbbells.  This circuit uses multiple muscle groups at the same time which saves you time and works on your coordination and balance!  It is also a full body workout that can be modified to your needs.  Challenge yourself!  I know you can go heavier than those 8lbs you are picking up!
