Burning Holiday Calories!

So here is the scoop.  Before you go over filling your plates, take a look at what type of exercise you would have to do to burn off those holiday calories.  Obviously, cooking your own Christmas dinner is ideal.  You know exactly what goes into your food and you can make just enough for that night.  Unfortunately, with holiday parties that is not always the case.  Moderation is key!  Especially at a potluck type dinner, remember you can always go back for a little more.  Pay special attention to the serving sizes in this chart.  A few are very small but are still packed with enough calories for 40 minutes of jogging.  Yikes!!
