Becoming a Morning Person

Good Morning and Happy Friday!

Friday is here and I am excited to catch up on some zzzz's this weekend.  Coming from a college schedule of late nights, it is hard adjusting to a work life schedule.  What I really mean is, it's tough having all these early mornings (keep in mind, early for me is 8am).  Regardless, I am trying to become a morning person!  It's more productive and it would be nice to fit a workout in before I start my day.

In order to accomplish this goal, I turned to Bethany Gumper with Fitness Magazine for a little advice.  She saw a  psychiatrist about her sleep and ventured on a two week sleep experiment.  Read her story below and use these tips to relate to your own sleep cycle!
