Work It Out - Abs!

Happy Friday, 

How long has it been since I posted a workout?  Waaayyy too long.  I hope fall is treating you well.  I'm loving all of this beautiful warm weather!  I'm knocking on wood that it stays for a little bit longer, especially through the holidays. 

I find in a lot of classes that we never work core as much as I would like.   Having a strong core is a key component in balance, coordination, and functionality.  This workout offers a variety of exercises that are NOT crunches and that help build coordination and balance.  You might even see them pop up in a few of my classes for all you JCB members!
