The Low Calorie Mistakes You're Probably Making

I found this article really interesting.  It is titled, "9 Low-Calorie Mistakes You're Probably Making." We always tend to go for the low calorie or fat free foods but certain nutrients could be missing that would curb your appetite.  Not only does this explain why these choices aren't as healthy as you think, but it also gives good substitutes!  

Sometimes when we diet, we can take it to the extreme and go low-fat, low-cal, and low everything else.  It's important to remember that added substitutes like sugar can be added to increase flavor.  It's okay to lower your fat content; just be weary of what other ingredients are being added to fool your taste buds.  Enjoy the article!  I hope you find this helpful!
