Revvin' Up Your Metabolism

Hello Hello!

I have had a lot of people come up to me complaining of hitting a plateau in their weight loss journey.  While there are a lot of factors that play into losing weight, metabolism is one of the TOP components.  A quicker metabolism leads to faster weight loss.  Now don't get me wrong, cutting calories is necessary, but if you cut too many then your body hits - STARVATION MODE.  In starvation mode, your metabolism will slow down even more than what it already does with increasing age.........
