Calorie Chart For Popular Foods!

What a busy and exciting week!  Thank you to everyone who stopped by the Health Fair.  It was a HUGE success.  We have also had a lot of people sign up for The Biggest Loser which starts next week.  I think all of the coaches, including myself, are pretty psyched to start seeing some amazing results! 

Throughout the program, it is important to be aware of the calories you are consuming.  Here is a good general look at calories for various popular foods, good and bad.  Choose your calories carefully and make sure you are eating enough to adequately sustain yourself! Also, remember that us as coaches are always available to look at your eating habits and make some suggestions.
