Mix It Up! Plate Pike Push

Hello Readers,

Another "Mix It Up" post for you to incorporate into your workout.  This is one of my FAVORITE exercises to do because it works back, shoulders, legs, and core.  Add it into your High Intensity Interval Training (H.I.I.T.) or use it as a warm up before strength training.  Either way you'll be glad you did!

Think of doing a bear crawl and walking on all fours across the room.  Add in a weighted plate and push it to the opposite side.  Sometimes weights can stick to the floor (depending on the type of floor) so feel free to grab a purple gliding disc if you find this occurs to place underneath.  Happy training!  :)
