Are your serving sizes still too much?



 
 
Hello and Happy Tuesday!  I hope you all had a wonderful and active Labor Day weekend.    And just think, only 4 days to go!
 
Reading the following article gave an eye opening realization. (Especially with all the eating I did this weekend!)  Just because the nutritional information is given for a serving size, doesn't mean we should be eating it. 

How many times have you counted out 11 crackers because that was what the bag indicated was one serving size?  Is that truly what the FDA (Food and Drug Administration) recommends?  Check it out!
