Breakfast of Champions!

Hello All,

We've all heard the saying, "breakfast is the most important meal of the day."  Don't take it lightly because IT'S TRUE!  A good breakfast can kick start your metabolism and provide long lasting energy.  Don't be mislead though; this doesn't mean grabbing a pop-tart or a chocolate chip muffin.  Need a few examples?  Check out the following article for breakfast choices from five awesome athletes!  It even has a Registered Dietitian explain why these meals are worth eating.
