Jump, Jump!!

Join Ryan in the six week Jump Around specialty class at PHB! 
Wednesdays at 11:15am
Class will run from Wednesday, March 21 to Wednesday, April 25


This class is an awesome way to get in a great workout in a short amount of time. During the class, you'll be working your ENTIRE body and it is a great calorie scorcher! 

The American Heart Association has a chart showing that jumping rope burns 500 calories per hour for a 100lb person, while a 200lb person would burn 1000 calories per hour. Jumping rope is also a great way to prevent osteoporosis, along with any other weight bearing exercise.
